Reminders for candidates who have not started
Candidates you invite now get a reminder two days after the invitation and another the day before their link expires. You can also send one yourself, to one candidate or a whole selection.
The most common reason an assessment comes back late is that the candidate never opened it. The invitation landed in a busy inbox, or they meant to do it on the weekend and forgot.
Evalingo now follows up for you. A candidate who has not started gets one reminder 48 hours after the invitation and one more inside the last day before the link expires. Nobody is reminded twice, after their link has expired or once they have begun. Reminders only go to invitations Evalingo sent, so candidates your applicant tracking system contacts directly are left to it.
When you want to nudge someone yourself, "Send reminder" is on every assessment that has not been started, and on the list for a selection of up to 100 at once. It works for any unstarted assessment, including ones created through the API.
Automatic reminders are on by default. Turn them off under Settings, Defaults.
