Why it costs $0.60 and not $60

A cheaper test usually means a thinner one. This is not that. The cost comes out of the delivery, not the assessment.

Scoring is automated end to end

No human rater is booked, scheduled or paid per response. The assessment is not shorter or simpler than a manually graded one, it just does not carry a marking cost that scales with every candidate you screen.

No scheduling and no proctor

Candidates take it whenever they like, on any device. There is no invigilator to pay, no test centre to book and no calendar to coordinate, which is usually the most expensive part of a traditional assessment.

You buy it yourself

No demo, no procurement cycle, no per-seat licence negotiation. We are not funding a sales team to sell you a language test, and the price reflects that.

Pricing questions

How much does an AI language assessment cost per candidate?

Between $0.60 and $0.99 per test depending on plan. The Starter plan is $99 per month for 100 assessments ($0.99 each) and the Professional plan is $299 per month for 500 assessments ($0.60 each). That is the whole cost: there is no setup fee, no per-seat licence and no proctoring surcharge.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 10 free assessments for 14 days with no credit card required. That is enough to run a real shortlist through the product before paying anything.

Do I have to talk to sales to buy?

No. Both plans are self-serve: sign up, pay by card, and start sending assessments the same day. Only Enterprise volume above 500 assessments per month involves a conversation, and that is to agree a lower rate rather than to unlock access.

What is included in the price?

Every assessment includes AI scoring, the CEFR result and structured feedback on what the candidate did well and where they can improve. Nothing about the result is held back for a higher tier, and there is no charge for scoring, storage or report access.

What happens if I run out of assessments mid-month?

Plan allowances reset each month, and you can add credits from the billing page without changing plan if a hiring burst uses them up early. If that happens most months, the next plan up works out cheaper per assessment.

Is API and ATS access included in the price?

API access and ATS integration are included from the Professional plan upward at no extra charge. Results are delivered by webhook, so assessments can be created and scored inside an existing hiring workflow without anyone logging into a separate dashboard.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time and without contacting us. Plans are managed from the billing page in your dashboard, including upgrades, downgrades and cancellation.
