A new help center at help.evalingo.ai
The help center has a new home at help.evalingo.ai, rewritten for everything Evalingo does today and illustrated with screenshots of the real product.
The old help center had fallen behind the product. It said nothing about Reading and Listening, the Basic plan, integrity checks, reminders or extra time, and some of its prices were out of date.
Every article has been rewritten and checked against how Evalingo works now, with new ones for Reading, Listening, integrity checks and connecting an applicant tracking system. Screenshots show what you and your candidates actually see, from the order form to the integrity report.
Candidates have their own section, covering how to prepare and what to do when a microphone or a link does not work. The invitation and reminder emails link straight to it.
It is searchable, works on a phone, and stays current: articles are now updated alongside the features they describe.
