Write your own question libraries
Build a library of your own questions for any language, with guidance for each question type as you write, and choose per assessment whether candidates get your questions or ours.
Our standard questions are written for the workplace in general. If your roles have their own vocabulary and situations, from nursing handovers to freight bookings, you can now write questions that reflect them.
A library holds one language. Inside it you write questions by type, and the editor tells you what each type measures and how long the candidate will have, so a question is pitched right the first time. The library shows at a glance whether it holds enough of each type to build a complete assessment.
Writing a library does not switch anything over. You choose a library when you order an assessment, from the dashboard or the API, and you can make one your default for its language once it is complete. Until then, candidates get our standard questions, the same as before.
Your questions stay yours. They are never shown to or drawn by any other account.
